Woman jumps to death from seventh floor

Pune : Npnews24 – A 45-year-old woman ended her life by jumping from the terrace of a seven storied building at Meethanagar in Kondhwa on Saturday around 10 am.

The deceased has been identified as Bibinah Ayaz Shikalgar.

According to police, her husband is an autorickshaw driver and they have two children. After her husband left for work, she left home telling the children that she is going to meet her sister. She went to terrace of one of the buildings in Hadiya society, which is nearby and jumped from the terrace of seventh floor. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead on arrival.

Police are further investigating the case.
