Woman exploited sexually by threatening to reveal about relationship in Hadapsar
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | A man befriended a woman on Instagram. Later, he promised to marry her and had physical relations with her. However, she got married with another man. The man threatened and blackmailed her saying he would tell her husband about their earlier love life and exploited her sexually. (Pune Crime)
The Hadapsar police have booked Aniket Vasudev Rathod (28), a resident of Akola. A 36-year-old woman from Ghorpadi Gaon has lodged a complaint in this regard. The incident took place at various lodges in Loni and Hadapsar between 2019 and August 2022.
According to the police, Aniket Rathod befriended the complainant on Instagram. Later, he promised to marry her.
The accused threatened and blackmailed her after her marriage with another man. He abused her sexually. Finally, the victim approached the police. PSI Gandhale is investigating the case.
