Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Arjun Meghwal Tests Positive For Coronavirus

New Delhi: Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal has tested positive for coronavirus and is admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi. Arjun Meghwal is the Union Minister of State in Ministry of Water Resources. He is the fourth Union minister to have tested positive for coronavirus.

Minister was in news a few days ago when he launched ‘Bhabhi Ji papad’, claiming that the food item will help drive away the novel coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah is undergoing treatment for coronavirus at Medanta Hospital in Haryana’s Gurugram. Amit Shah tested positive for the novel virus on August 2.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan tested positive for coronavirus on August 4. Pradhan has also been admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram.
