Industrialist Punit Balan, rapper Badshah become owners of Mumbai team in Ultimate Kho-Kho

Mumbai : NpNews24 Online  – Ultimate Kho Kho-Punit Balan | Noted film producer, industrialist and sports-lover Punit Balan and famous rapper-singer Badshah have joined the Ultimate Kho-Kho league as the owners of Mumbai franchise. The Mumbai team is the sixth team in Ultimate Kho-Kho. The tournament will be organized this year too. The league will announce its schedule.

 

When asked about his association with kho-kho, popular singer Badshah said, “My mother used to play kho-kho during her college days. This outdoor sport is connected to soil and is very close to my heart. Not only my personal memories but my emotions are also attached to it. This inspired me to join Ultimate Kho-Kho.”

 

Speaking on the occasion, Punit Balan said, “Kho-kho is a speedy sport. It is very exciting to watch agile players making their moves. Generally, Mumbai’s culture is fast and skillful. In the same way, we want to see this team play their matches. We would like to provide the best atmosphere and training to our players.”
