Tinder App | FIR against man for raping 23-year-old girl in Mumbai hotel
Pune: Tinder App | A shocking case of a girl being tortured has been reported in Pune. A man raped a 23-year-old girl in a hotel in Mumbai where he had taken her for sightseeing. The two got to know each other on the Tinder app. The Deccan police have registered a case under section 376 of the IPC. The police have registered a case against 50-year-old Rajesh Saini, a resident of Ravet.
A 23-year-old girl staying in Karve Nagar has filed a complaint at the Deccan police station. The incident took place between January 2021 and April 2021. The police filed a case against Rajesh Saini after the girl filed a complaint on April 27.
According to the information given by PSI Meera Kavtikwar, the complainant and the accused had met on Tinder app. The accused told the girl that he was a divorcee and promised to stay in a live-in relationship with her forever. He took her to Mumbai for sightseeing. He took her to Hotel Taj Mahal. He established a physical relationship with the girl against her will.
