These Indian Apps in Top 10 After PM Modi Mentioned Them in ‘Mann Ki Baat’

New Delhi : Few Indigenous apps prepared by Indian developers have suddenly come on top in the Google Play Store chart. These apps were mentioned in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program on Sunday. After this, the popularity of these apps has increased rapidly. Apps like Kutuki, Chingari, StepSetGo were mentioned by the Prime Minister giving the mantra of ‘Vocal for Local’. The automatic popularity of these apps has proved many better apps are being made in India. At the same time, this change also tells how the future ‘app ecosystem’ in India will be.

Kutuki is an online education platform designed for pre-schooling. It has been made by two Indians. Kutuki is currently trending at number seven on the Google Play store in India. It shows how e-learning in India can be proved successful by indigenous developers. The online education app Great Learning is also included in this list. This app provides online skill training to professionals.

On the other hand, the Chingari app has been considered the winner in the Government of India’s self-reliant App Challenge. This app, launched by businessman Sumit Ghosh, is believed to be the substitute of Tiktok. This app is becoming famous and popular as TikTok itself. Sumit Ghosh said that at this time our focus is on increasing the number of users. Only after this, we will work with more features in it.

Similarly, StepSetGo is at the top of the fitness chart. The goal of this app is to spread awareness among people about fitness.
