TET exam scam : Pune police file 3,995 page chargesheet

Pune : NpNews24 Online – The Pune police have submitted a chargesheet of 3,995 pages in the TET exam scam of 2019-20. In this case, Tukaram Supe, Sukhdev Dhere and 13 people have been arrested. Twelve accused are absconding. (TET exam scam)

Many facts came to light in the TET scam and a probe is still underway. Apart from Tukaram Supe, many important people are involved in the scam. The chargesheet gives detailed information about how a conspiracy was hatched to commit the fraud. A search is on for 12 people.

The scam

Some days ago, there was a leak of a question paper of the health department. The Pune cyber police filed an FIR and started a probe. During the probe, the police came to know about wrongdoings in the TET examination. The police continued their probe and many senior officers’ links with the scam were opposed. The former commissioner of Maharashtra State Examination Council Tukaram Supe was one of them. When the police raided his house, they found property worth crores.
