Terrorists can Attack Yogi Adityanath Under the Guise of a Journalist! I-card will be Mandatory for journalists

Gorakhpur : Danger of a terrorist attack on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has increased. An alert has also been issued regarding this. Intelligence sources said that under the guise of a journalist, terrorists could attack CM Yogi at Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur or during VIP movement. After the alert, police is now going to issue an I-card to journalists. These I-cards will be given to those who cover CM Yogi’s program.

At present, LIU investigation is going on for all those journalists who cover VIP and Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur. After investigation, they will be given an I-card. Gorakhpur Deputy Superintendent of Police said that such input is a headache for the police. In view of the threat of terrorist attack, journalists are being given an I-card.

It is easy for journalists to reach Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Gorakhpur. He also meets reporters easily in the temple. Terrorists can take advantage of this. Police took the alert of intelligence agencies seriously. ADG Zone Dawa Sherrappa told that the identity card has been made for this so that journalists should not be inconvenienced and can also be identified. Soon the authorized journalists will be provided with a photo-bearing identity card.

After becoming the Chief Minister in 2017, there was an increased threat perception on Yogi Adityanath, after which his security was increased. NSG commandos are also deployed to protect him.
