Terrorists Arrested in Pune | Terrorists arrested from Kothrud remanded in police custody till July 25

PUNE : Terrorists Arrested in Pune | The Kothrud police had apprehended two persons while stealing two-wheelers. After being questioned, the police came to know that they are terrorists. The arrested terrorists have been remanded in police custody till July 25 by the orders of JMFC AC Biradar.

 

The accused have been identified as Mohammad Yunus Mohammad Yaku Saki (24) and Mohammad Imran Mohammad Yusuf Khan (23), both residents of Kondhwa and hailing from Madhya Pradesh. Their accomplice Mohammad Shahnawaz Alam (31) is absconding and the police are searching for him.

 

Sr PI Hemant Patil of Kothrud police station produced Imran Khan and Yunus Saki in the court. An FIR has been registered against them under various sections for preparing a fake Aadhaar card and possessing sharp weapons at the Kothrud police station.

 

Fake Aadhaar card, drone equipment, cartridges, white pills, leather wallet for keeping cartridges and electronic weighing scale have been seized from them. Since their sustained interrogation is required, Assistant Public Prosecutor Ad Renuka Deshpande requested the court to remand them in police custody. JMFC AC Biradar issued orders remanding both the accused to police custody.
