Sushant Case Live : Mumbai Police Handed Over All Documents Including Case Diary to CBI

Mumbai : After getting the green signal from the Supreme Court in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, the CBI has started its investigation. A 16-member team of CBI is involved in the investigation of the case. After the ED, the CBI can also tighten the investigation Rhea. He is the prime accused in this case. The CBI team can send summons to Rhea anytime.

Mumbai Police handed over all the documents related to the Sushant case to the CBI. The items handed over include the recorded statements of 56 people, forensic report, panchnama report of the incident, autopsy report, 3 mobiles of Sushant, laptops, green cloth used in hanging, clothes of Sushant, mobile CDR analysis, Bandra police case diary, blankets on beds of Sushant, bed-sheets, Mug of juice used by Sushant last time, plates, CCTV DVR and camera, forensic report of the spot, CCTV footage of the building of June 13-14.

CBI’s SIT team also met Bandra’s DCP Abhishek Trimukhe. Under the protocol, there was a talk about the investigation of the Sushant case. All official documents were also brought to the Police Station after this meeting. The agency took handover of all the information done in the case so far, forensic evidence, postmortem report, recorded statements.

CBI can investigate at the bank where Sushant had his bank account. CBI’s SIT in Mumbai can investigate crime scenes in next two-three days. A team can visit Sushant’s house in Bandra today. In the next few days, CBI’s SIT team will investigate the autopsy report, crime scene, photographs, videos with forensic experts. After analyzing the crime scene, the forensic team will go back to Delhi to investigate the samples in CFSL. Among the forensic experts who have come with CBI’s SIT are Photo Expert and Scientific Aid Division from CFSL Delhi Unit, rest of forensic experts are from Technical Forensic Expert CFSL Delhi Unit. The SIT will re-examine the samples taken by the Mumbai Police, including the crime scene, photographs, video, autopsy, recreation.
