Summer schedule of Pune International Airport announced; More than 200 flights to operate for the first time

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Lohegaon International Airport | The summer schedule of Pune International Airport is beginning from March 26. The Indian Air Force has given permission for 218 passenger flights to operate from Monday to Friday. The Director of Pune International Airport, Santosh Dhoke, has informed that flights to Mumbai and Varanasi are going to begin soon. (Pune Lohegaon International Airport)

 

On Sunday, the IAF gave permission for 247 flights but the AAI has given permission for 207 flights. Hence, during summer this year, for the first time, more than 200 flights are going to take off from the Lohegaon Airport.

 

At present, 180 to 190 flights are being operated and 28,000 to 30,000 passengers are travelling. The airport administration has announced that the summer schedule of the airport is going to begin from March 26 and will end on October 28.

 

The IAF has given permission for 218 flights to operate from Monday to Friday but preparations have been completed to operate 195 flights. On Saturday, out of 218 flights, 164 flights have been planned. The flights to Dubai, Singapore and Bangkok will operate as usual.
