In 2017, when SN Srivastava got an opportunity to work with CRPF in South Kashmir, he carried out an anti-terror operation. During this time, many Hizbul commanders were killed. While working with the CRPF in Jammu and Kashmir, he carried out many major operations with great seriousness.
