Shiv Sena raised Avni tigress death issue in the cabinet meeting

MUMBAI: NPNEWS24 ONLINE-  Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’s cabinet has taken four major decisions. Shiv Sena’s ministers were present along with BJP ministers for this cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

At this time, Shiv Sena ministers asked BJP minister Sudhir Mungantiwar about the murder of Avani tigress. In the cabinet meeting, there was a debate in between the BJP and the Shiv Sena ministers. Environment Minister Ramdas Kadam said that ‘when it was possible to caught Avani by making her unconscious, then why she had shot?’ Shiv Sena Ministers said it is insulting thing for Maharashtra. But Sudhir Mungantiwar said it there was no any kind of debate happened in the meeting, over the Avani death.

In the Cabinet meeting, it has been decided to implement the scheme ‘houses for all -2022’ (Sarvansathi Ghare– 2022) effectively. Under this policy, the decisions have been taken for improving the relevant legislation to provide land of the local self-governing body (Sthanik Swarjay Sanstha) to the eligible beneficiaries.

Important decisions in the cabinet meeting:

  • The service age of the Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and helper who is able to work is increased from 60 to 65 years.
  • The decision to include disaster management in the help and rehabilitation department’s name.
  • Improvements in the Second Amended Administrative Approval for the Pune Gunjvani Project (Tq. Velhe).
