School Education Department appoints over 1000 counselors and subject experts to help 10 and 12 Class students

Pune : The School Education Department has appointed 426 expert counselors and 596 subject experts to solve the problems faced by the students of class 10 and 12. Counseling will be given through the school education department to all the students who could not get proper education in the background of Covid-19 crisis.

In addition, Q&A will be conducted by expert teachers to address the difficulties and doubts faced in the study. For this, 596 teachers have been appointed. District wise list of teachers of Maharashtra State Council for Educational Research and Training has been made available on this website- (maa.ac.in)

Education Minister of Maharashtra, Varsha Gaikwad said, “Subject experts will guide the students of class 10th and 12th, if they do not understand a topic in the subject. While other issues can be resolved through counselling. Therefore, the student will be able to face the exam with confidence”. SSC and HSC Board Examination will commence from April 29 and 23 respectively. Due to the pandemic, students have been taught through online lectures and classes. Along with that, the curriculum has also been reduced.
