Rubina Dilaik outlines 5 ways to recover from corona

 

Mumbai : Actress Rubina Dilaik shared the video on Instagram on Wednesday, referring to everything she did during her recovery from Covid. In the video, she talks about five things she did while fighting Covid. She said that during recovery, she ate healthy food, drank a lot of water, practiced yoga, took medicines on time and enjoyed music.

In the caption of her post, the actress wrote, “I have been in quarantine for over 19 days. But these are the 5 things that helped me recover more quickly. The most important is to listen to my favorite music and be happy.”

Rubina had tested Covid positive a few weeks ago. She was in Shimla and had quarantined herself at home.

Rubina recently shared some photos. In which she was enjoying quarantine with her sister Jyotika. The actress shared these photos on her official Instagram account. Sharing the photos, Rubina wrote, “The sisters who quarantine together, heal together.”
