Rajasthan Audio Tape Case : FIR Against Congress MLAs Bhanwarlal Sharma and Sanjay Jain Along With Gajendra Singh

Jaipur : The political uproar in Rajasthan is still on. In the Viral Audio Tape case, a case has been registered against Gajendra Singh, suspended Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma and detained Sanjay Jain under sedition provision. In this, a section of criminal conspiracy has also been imposed. Ashok Rathod (ADG-ATS and SOG) said that two complaints were received from Congress leader Mahesh Joshi regarding the audio tape that surfaced on Thursday. After this, two FIRs have been registered under sections 124 (A) (sedition) and 120 (B) (criminal conspiracy). Meanwhile, Rajasthan’s Special Operation Group (SOG) has left for Delhi to question these MLAs.

Mahesh Joshi, Congress Chief Whip said, ‘Bhanwar Lal Sharma, Gajendra Singh and Sanjay Jain have been named in the FIR. I have mentioned only Gajendra Singh, people are making guesses, Special Operations Group (SOG) will find out in the investigation.’

At the same time, after the name of Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat was raised, he said that he does not know Sanjay Jain. He said that who is Sanjay Jain, I don’t even know, I know hundreds of Sanjay Jain, so do not even know who it is. Apart from this, Shekhawat told me that my voice is not in the audio. This is some fake tape. He said that I am ready for any investigation.

According to the information, no leader is named in the SOG’s FIR in the MLA horse trading case, while 3 names were given in the complaint of Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi. It is being told that after checking the audio, the names will be added to the FIR. SOG is investigating the entire matter. In which Sanjay Jain is currently being questioned.
