Pune University Finalizes 3 Categories For Students, Only Those Who Fit-In Can Give Exams Later

Pune : Colleges shut for more than 6 months are now gradually being opened in the state after Unlock 5 guidelines. Accordingly, educational institutes are scheduling the exams. Savitribai Phule Pune University has finalized three categories and according to that only, the students can give the final year exam later.

The below given are the categories for students and only those who fall in these categories can give the examination later :
1) If there are two university examinations at the same time.
2) If any State Common Entrance Test (CET) or other Government Competitive Examination, is clashing with SPPU final year exam.
3) If the student is infected with Coronavirus.

However, the students will have to submit related documents  with the Coordinating Examination Cell through the Principal / Director of the respective colleges to prove above mentioned condition and to get permission to sit for the special examination.

Similarly, students appearing for Bachelor of Education (BEd) MAH-CET 2020 today (October 21), October 22, October 23, can give the final year exam later. Pune University will publish the details of the exam on their official website http://www.unipune.ac.in/ from time to time.

Registrar of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Dr Prafulla Pawar, said, “Final year examination for students giving B.Ed CET Entrance exam will be conducted later. I wish students to give the entrance stress-free.”

It is mentioned in the circular issued by SPPU on October 7 that all principals/directors, affiliated colleges and recognized institutes are requested to bring the content of this circular to the notice of all students, parents, teachers and non-teaching staff and to cooperate with the university.
