Pune: Sixth Case Registered Against Vishal Surendra Kumar Agarwal for Unauthorized Construction

Pune: In another legal blow to Vishal Surendra Kumar Agarwal, a sixth case has been registered against him at the Hinjewadi police station. The latest allegations involve cheating the owners of the Nancy Bramha Society, constructed in 2007.

Vishal Arun Adsul has lodged a complaint against Agarwal and his associates for unauthorized construction activities. According to the complaint, Agarwal, along with his brother Ram Kumar Agarwal, Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Nandlal Kimtani, and Ashish Kimtani, allegedly built 11-story and 10-story buildings without obtaining the necessary permissions from the society members. The accused reportedly created three separate societies and misrepresented amenity and open spaces on different maps. This misrepresentation bypassed the mandatory provision of parking and open spaces for the 71 members of Nancy Bramha Society.

The police report states that the Nancy Bramha Co-Op Society, built in 2007, comprises 71 flats. The society members legally own the parking and amenity spaces. However, the accused allegedly used deceptive practices to obtain approvals for maps showing these spaces as part of new constructions. This led to the unauthorized construction of 66 commercial offices in an 11-story building and 27 flats and 18 shops in a 10-story building on the society’s premises, thereby cheating the society members. The FIR has been registered under sections 420, 409, and 34 of the IPC and relevant sections of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act.

This case adds to the growing list of legal troubles for Agarwal, marking the sixth FIR filed against him. Previous cases include serious charges such as cheating, criminal intimidation, and involvement in a fatal accident.
