Pune Ring Road | Pune ring road project: Project affected to get immediate compensation
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Ring Road | CM Eknath Shinde announced in the state assembly that Rs 250 crore has been allocated to the MSRDC for the land acquisition for the ring road project. Accordingly, a joint bank account of the land acquisition officer appointed by the zilla parishad and MSRDC engineer, has been opened. Hence, as per the demand of the land acquisition officer, the compensation will be deposited in the person’s bank account. This will ensure that the concerned person will immediately get the compensation for acquisition of his land. (Pune Ring Road)
In the budget session, Rs 1,500 crore was sanctioned for land acquisition for the ring road project. During the budget session, Rs 250 crore was allocated to the MSRDC. The urban development department has completed the valuation process of the ring road project. Accordingly, the district administration has fixed the prices of land with the help of the stamp duty and registration department. District Collector Rajesh Deshmukh has fixed the rates in Urse village in Maval taluka and Murkutewadi village in Haveli taluka. The process of inviting objections and suggestions has been completed. A report has been prepared and a demand of Rs 5 crore 99 lakh for Urse village and Rs one crore 33 lakh for the village of Murkutewadi has been made, according to MSRDC Executive Engineer Rahul Vasaikar.
The MSRDC will examine the documents demanding funds for a particular village, area, rates and affected area and affected people. Vasaikar said that after checking the documents, the fund will be transferred to the joint account of the appointed local deputy collector and MSRDC engineer.
