Pune police commissionerate: Three inspectors and 2 ACPs transferred
Pune : NpNews24 Online – The SSC of Pune police crime branch had raided the air-conditioned gambling den of Anna Kumbhar in Mangalwar Peth and taken action against 36 people and seized goods worth Rs 6 lakh.
Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta had issued a warning that the senior PI will be held responsible if illegal activities take place in an area.
Senior PI Vishnu Tamhane of Samarth police station has been transferred to the police welfare section of the crime branch. In his place, senior PI Ramesh Sathe of special branch has been appointed.
PI Vishwas Gole of Pune police control room has been transferred to the special branch.
ACP Pournima Taware has been appointed as ACP of Wanawadi division. CP Amitabh Gupta has issued the orders of appointment of ACP Rajendra Galande of Wanawadi police station as ACP Administration.
