Pune police busts international sex racket in Koregaon Park

NPnews24 Online : Pune – Officials from the social security cell (SSC) of Pune city police Crime Branch have busted international sex racket in the posh Koregaon Park. The accused persons were operating the prostitution racket under the garb of spa.

Acting on a tip-ff, the sleuths confirmed the racket at Sukanya Spa in Lane no. 7 of Koregaon Park, and conducted raid on Thursday around 2.30 pm. Police have rescued three girls who are citizens of Thailand.

Cops have arrested Sagar Kailash Pardeshi (36) of Kondhwa and Kevin Samsong Sunny (30) of Bhavani Peth. They have been charged for offences under the relevant sections of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

The investigation was carried under supervision of Add CP (crime) Pradip Deshpande, DCP (crime) Shirish Sardeshpande, and ACP Bhanupratap Barge.
