Pimpri : NpNews24 Online – Pune Pimpri Crime | A businesswoman was murdered in Bhosari after she was stabbed on her neck with a knife. The incident has sent shock waves in the area. The incident happened at 10 am. The deceased has been identified as Pooja Devi Prasad (32). She owned a shop called ‘Pragati Collection’. The accused is absconding. (Pune Pimpri Crime)
The incident has been recorded at the Bhosari police station and the police are searching for the accused. According to the available information, Pooja opened her shop at 9.30 am and cleaned it up. After some time, an unidentified person entered the shop and stabbed on her neck with a knife. There was a scuffle between them. Pooja tried to catch hold of the attacker and chased him outside the shop for some distance.
After some time, since there was a huge blood loss, Pooja collapsed on the road. Pooja, who was lying in a pool of blood, was admitted to a hospital. However, the doctors declared her dead on arrival. The reason for her murder is not known. Pooja’s family has been staying in Bhosari for 20-25 years. The police are searching for the accused.
