Many devotees seek blessings of Kasba Ganpati during the Ganeshotsav as it is the first revered Ganpati and village deity. The Trustee of Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and Festival Head, Punit Balan, presented the silver idol of Ganpati as a gift to Kasba Ganpati temple by thinking that it will occupy a pride of place there. The silver idol was handed over after performing a puja. At that time, the President of Kasba Ganpati Mandal, Shrikant Shete, and other activists of the mandal were present.
Punit Balan said, “It is my good fortune that I was able to worship the revered Ganpati through the medium of a silver idol. I pray to Lord Ganesh that in the future also, I should get an opportunity to worship the revered Ganpati and help the devotees.”
