The Facebook page of Pune Metro is not for attracting new people, but regular answers to their questions. More than 1.20 lakhs of citizens visit the Facebook page in a week, and around 20 thousand citizens respond to the posts in throughout the week.

Apart from the ongoing construction work, citizens get information about the metro benefits, city development, technical issues, employment, etc.

Citizens do not get only the technical related post on this page, But Maha Metro also uploads other posts such as tree plantation, vehicle safety campaign, blood camps etc. It also provides information to citizens through support centers for taking the immediate solution to the problem through the control room etc.

The managerial director Brijesh Dixit has given the important information thorough the Facebook live which is benefited to the citizens. Pune Ganesh Utsav was celebrated with full enthusiasm.

As well as, this page publishes the photos captured by citizens on the construction site of Metro. And this is how it keeps the citizens engaged with it.
