Pune lawyer booked in molestation and lure text

Some lessons are learnt in bitter and harder way, a cat fight between two lawyer has aroused landed in molestation case. After being defeated in a land case, lawyer shared some lured and unpleasant messages to a female lawyer for past five month, in spite of being warn he kept on sharing her such pictures and message.

In this regard, an First Information Report (FIR) has been registered by 47-year-old female lawyer against Advocate Shrikant Narayan Patil (50), a resident of Ghole road in Shivajinagar. This case has been registered with Deccan Gymkhana police station which falls under the jurisdiction of Pune city police commissionerate. Patil has been booked under the appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) comprises of 354 A, 354 D as well as also under the provisions of the Information Technology Act.

Lady lawyer had initially had approached the Deccan Gymkhana police with a complainant application after investigation the case the police have registered the offence on Monday.

According to police, “both complainant and named suspect are lawyers and known to each other since 2007. Patil was pleading the case on behalf of complainant while victim lawyer was pleading the case as opponent in a land case. Such case was in High Court. Recently the judgement was passed and it was in favour of victim side.”

He added, “Post judgement, the Patil was aggressive on the judgement was not given in his favour on which since May 11, this year he started sending her objectionable, unpleasant sexually message. Apart from it such messages were obscene related to parent relationship too. Initially, the complainant had warned Patil but he kept on sending such message. Victim was unable to bear such nuisances and annoyance approached the police. Such messages are been sent to victim till June 26.”
