Pune | GIBF will strengthen trade ties between India-Trinidad & Tobago – Meenakshi Lekhi

Pune : ‘India, Trinidad & Tobago have huge trade opportunities with each other. The Global India Business Forum (GIBF) has launched the Business Cultural Council, bringing together ambassadors and entrepreneurs from these three countries. The GIBF initiative will further strengthen trade ties between the three countries,” expressed MP Meenakshi Lekhi, Union Minister of State for External Affairs.

GIBF inaugurated the India-Trinidad and Tobago Business Cultural Council in New Delhi, as well as the National MSME Awards for Business Excellence. Ambassadors of various countries, and award-winning entrepreneurs were present.

The President of the Global India Business Forum Dr. Jitendra Joshi, Trinidad and Tobago High Commissioner Dr. Roger Gopal, Senior Ambassador to the United States Dr. Pritha Rajaram, Ambassador of Zimbabwe G. M. Chipare, His Excellency Andrei Rijuski of Belarus, His Excellency Charandas Parsod of Guyana, High Commissioner of Nigeria Tijani Aldric, High Commissioner of Fiji Eliya Sevutia, Director of GIBF Deepali Gadkari and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.

Dr. Praising India, Roger Gopal said, “The people of India are very good. We want to strengthen our business relationship with them. Trade opportunities are open for India in our country.” The award-winning entrepreneurs were happy to receive the award. He expressed the feeling that this award inspires him to do better.”

Dr. Jitendra Joshi said, “The GIBF is working towards realizing the Modi government’s vision of ‘Self Reliable India’. We are constantly striving to promote entrepreneurs, particularly in the new generation.”
