Pune District Mining Crusher Industries Federation launches indefinite strike

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune News | The Pune District Mining Crusher Industries Federation has gone on an indefinite strike since December 9 against the government’s oppressive conditions and changing of the government policy in the mining crusher industry. A meeting of Pune district mining and crusher entrepreneurs was held recently. Federation secretary Yogesh Sasane said the decision of indefinite strike was taken in this meeting. (Pune News)

Sasane added the federation has called an indefinite strike due to the government’s oppressive conditions regarding minor minerals and changing policies regarding minor mineral transportation. Transportation of minor minerals in the city during the daytime is not allowed by the administration. There is also a requirement to install GPS on vehicles. The builder is reluctant to take the goods if they are transported at night. This has greatly affected the business. In Pune, permission is denied to transport minor minerals after six in the morning till night.

To discuss these policies of the government, the meeting of all mining and crusher entrepreneurs in the district was held on December 9.

It was unanimously decided to go on indefinite strike against the policies of the government.

Also, in the leaflet given by the organisation, it is said that the next strategy will be planned in the meeting to be held on December 22.
