Shivtara Properties director booked for cheating
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | The Lonikand police have booked a housing project director for cheating. Even after taking Rs 20 lakhs and promising to give two shops, the director did not give possession of the same. Hence, Shivtara Properties director Nilesh Shivaji Singh, a resident of Kalyani Nagar, has been booked. (Pune Crime)
Dattatraya Vishwanath Sangle (40), a resident of Wagholi, lodged a complaint at the Lonikand police station. Nilesh Singh launched Athena housing project of his Shivtara Properties on BT Kawade road in 2014. The complainant decided to buy two shops worth Rs 25 lakh in the project. He gave money from time to time to Nilesh Singh amounting to Rs 20 lakh. Still, no agreement of the deal was done. He was not given the possession of the shops. When the complainant sought the refund of his money, he did not give it. Hence, Sangle approached the police.
