Pune Crime News | Youth dies by suicide after jumping into Khadakwasla dam; He had sent WhatsApp message to friend
PUNE : Pune Crime News | An incident has come to light wherein a youth died by suicide by jumping into the Khadakwasla dam. Before taking the extreme step, he sent a WhatsApp message to his friend which stated that he was ending his life and non one should be held responsible for his death.
The deceased has been identified as Aniket Sunil Alhat (21), a resident of Narhe, Pune. On May 25, 2023, Aniket left home without telling anyone where he was going. He had sent a WhatsApp message to his friend that he was ending his life and nobody should be blamed for his death.
Aniket’s friend immediately informed his relatives. Later, Anikets’ family members had lodged a complaint at the Bharati Vidyapeeth police station about his disappearance. From May 25, 2023, Aniket’s mobile was switched off. His family members tried to locate him but they could not find him. Aniket’s body was found floating near the pump house in the Khadakwasla dam. It became clear that he had taken the extreme step.
