Pune Crime News | Woman, son die by suicide after her husband’s death
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A shocking incident took place in Bhosle Village Society where a woman and her son died by suicide after drinking poison after her husband’s death. A man, his wife and their son had tried to end their life by drinking poison in May out of depression and the man had died during treatment. Later, his wife and son again drank poison and died by suicide on Monday (June 26). (Pune Crime News)
The deceased have been identified as Janabai Suryaprakash Abnave (60) and Chetan Suryaprakash Abnave (41). On May 22, Suryaprakash Harishchandra Abnave (70), a resident of Laxmi Nivas, Fursungi, his wife Janabai and son Chetan drank poison to end their life. The three had been admitted to Sassoon Hospital. Suryaprakash had died during treatment and his wife and son had been discharged after treatment.
On Monday, Janabai and her son Chetan tried to end their life and they were admitted to a hospital. But they had passed away before the treatment could begin. Chetan was a divorcee and was not working. A pall of gloom descended on the area after the three members of a family died by drinking poison due to family problems and ill-health.
