Pune Crime News | Mephedrone worth ₹11 lakh seized from Rasta Peth; Action taken by ANC-2 team

PUNE : Pune Crime News | The ANC -2 of Pune police Crime Branch has arrested a person from Rasta Peth and seized Mephedrone worth ₹10.86 lakh. The arrested accused has been identified as Govind Bhiwa More (22), a resident of Market Yard. On Wednesday, PI Sunil Thopte, PSI SD Narke were patrolling in the limits of Samarth police station with the police team.

 

 

Policemen Ravindra Rokde and Sandeep Shelke got information about the accused. The police laid a trap and arrested him. When he was searched, Mephedrone worth ₹10.86 lakh was found.

 

The police have seized the drug and an FIR has been registered against him at the Samarth police station.

 

Addl CP Ramnath Pokale, DCP Amol Zende and ACP Satish Govekar guided PI Sunil Thopte, PSI SD Narke, policemen Ravindra Rokde, Sandeep Shelke, Santosh Deshpande, Yogesh Mandhre, Dinesh Bastewad, Sandeep Jadhav and Sahil Shaikh in taking the action.
