Pune Crime News | Loni Kalbhor: Man found driving car with fake number plate due to accident

PUNE : Pune Crime News | Many people change the number plates of their vehicles to prevent any action from the police. A man was moving around in a car with a fake number plate. His car was involved in an accident leading to a youth’s death and this fact came to light.

The Loni Kalbhor police have arrested car driver Adil Siraj Mulani (23), a resident of Purandar taluka. Shirdhar Dharma Kadam (33), a resident of Lonigaon, had died in the accident. The accident took place at Divang Park Phata on Wadki Road on June 4 at 4 pm.
Police constable Amol Mundhe has lodged a complaint (360/23) at the Loni Kalbhor police station.

According to the police, Adil Mulani was driving the car by using a fake number instead of using the genuine number. Shridhar Kadam got down from an autorickshaw at Divang Park Phata on Vadki Road. Adil Mulani was driving the car rashly and rammed into Kadam. He was seriously injured and died. When the police carried out a probe, they realised that Adil was driving the car with a fake number plate. PSI Tarte is probing the case.
