Five absconding murder case accused from Ahmednagar held

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Crime | The Bharati Vidyapeeth police have arrested five persons from Jejuri. They had beaten up a waiter for demanding to pay a bill and kidnapped him. Following investigation, they revealed that they had absconded after killing a person in Ahmednagar. (Pune Crime)

 

The accused have been identified as Yogesh Sarjerao Par (28), Ravindra Sakhahari Kanade (41), Rupesh Ashok Wadekar (38), Omkar Jalindar Bendre (32), Nitin Ashok Wadekar (32), all residents of Ahmednagar.

 

Sharada Nilesh Bhilare (38) of Bhilarewadi lodged a complaint at the Bharati Vidyapeeth police station. The incident took place at 8 pm on Monday in Ranmal hotel near the new tunnel in Jambhulwadi.

 

According to the police, the complainant runs the hotel. The accused had food at the hotel. Waiter Kishor Koirala asked them to pay the bill. They thrashed him and kidnapped him in a car with an intention to kill him. They told the owner that they would get the news of the waiter’s death a day after and they left. The complainant reported the matter to the Bharati Vidyapeeth police immediately.

 

The police formed various squads after realising the seriousness of the matter. They checked the CCTV footage in the area. After the technical analysis, they came to know that the accused were partying near Jejuri. They nabbed the accused from the temple town. On investigation, they revealed that they were on the run after killing a person in Ahmednagar.
