FIR filed against owner of Kunal Properties for illegally selling land; case registered at Lonikand police station

Pune : NpNews24 OnlinePune Crime | An incident has come to light in Pune wherein the owner of Kunal Properties, prepared an agreement of buying land but without completing the deal, prepared fake documents and sold the land to two other people, thus resorting to cheating. (Pune Crime)

 

The Lonikand police have filed a case against Bapu Baban Kale of Kunal Properties, a resident of Nimgaon Mhalunge, Shirur, Sujata Dharmaveer Singh/Deshmukh, a resident of Kharadi, Parshuram S Jadhav, a resident of Ganesh Park, Haveli and 3-4 men and 5-6 unidentified women. Dhanraj Dnyanoba Gore (64), a resident of Gorevasti, Wagholi has filed a complaint at the Lonikand police station. The incident happened in group number 1551 from October 22, 2020 to August 27, 2021.

 

According to the police, Bapu Kale of Kunal Properties had entered into an agreement with the complainant to purchase eight guntha land for Rs 9 lakh per guntha. However, he did not give the money on time and dilly dallied on completing the deal.

 

Since the land of the complainant was marked as a commercial zone in the development plan of PMRDA, Bapu Kale again contacted the former and told him that he was ready to buy his land. However, the complainant refused.

 

Bapu Kale made an illegal agreement to sell the land to Sujata Singh/Deshmukh and Parshuram Jadhav without informing the complainant.

 

A fake signature and thumb impression of Mohan Yele was made and Parshuram Jadhav and Sujata Singh/Deshmukh and their aides tried to take control of the complainant’s land in an illegal manner. When the complainant tried to stop them, he was threatened that he would be implicated in false cases and was abused.

 

As per the complaint filed by Gore, a case has been registered and API Patil is probing the case.
