FIR filed against delivery boy in husband-wife dispute

A 36-year-old woman has lodged a complaint at the Hinjewadi police station. Accordingly, the police have filed an FIR against a 25-year-old delivery boy.
According to the police, the complainant stays with her three-year-old daughter at Patil Nagar. She works in a software company. She has a dispute with her husband and has filed an application for divorce. On Friday morning, when she was at home, the security guard called her and told her that a delivery boy had come with a parcel from Amazon. She told the guard that she had not ordered anything and asked him not to send anybody to her house.
After some time, a youth came to her house. He tried to open the inside latch. The woman locked the door and asked the guard why he had sent him to her house. The guard told her that the delivery boy had told him that he knew the woman. The complainant shouted for help. The neighbours apprehended the youth and called the police. When the youth was questioned, he said the woman’s husband had sent a parcel for her daughter and he was trying to give it to her.
When a dispute is going on between a couple, an FIR has been filed against the delivery boy.
