Fed up with ill health, youth commits suicide in Pune
Pimpri : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | An incident has come to light where a youth committed suicide because he was fed of ill health. The incident took place in Maval taluka. The youth had diabetes and he took the extreme step because he was fed up with the disease. The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Manikam. (Pune Crime)
According to the police, Ganesh Manikam was missing for a few days. His family members had lodged a complaint at the Dehu Road police station. Ganesh, while leaving home, had said he was going to commit suicide as he was tired of the disease. Some family members had tried to stop him but their efforts went in vain.
Ganesh, while leaving his home, had taken a rope with him. Hence, the police had speculated that he may have committed suicide. Today, Ganesh’s rotting body was found near the base of Amardevi mountain on the Old Pune-Mumbai highway.
The Dehu Road police are investigating the case.
