Pune Crime | Famous builder of Pune cheated of Rs 5.5 crore; case filed against Farooq Inamdar, Afan Inamdar and Amitkumar Sinha

Builder Rahul Premprakash Goyal (38), a resident of Citi Tower, Dhole Patil Road has lodged a complaint at the Kondhwa police station.

 

Accordingly, the police have filed a case against Farooq Yasin Syed Inamdar, a resident of Mohammadwadi, Afan Inamdar and Amitkumar Sinha. The incident took place at Hadapsar Survey number 63/2B, 2A and 63/2 from 2012 to August 24, 2022.

 

According to the police, the complainant has a construction business. He had been given the work of developing a plot owned by accused Farooq Inamdar. Since the accused did not buy TDR for the complainant, the construction was delayed and the complainant suffered a loss. The complainant submitted an application to the PMC and got a paid FSI proposal approved. The accused went to PMC office and submitted fake and misleading information about the paid FSI and objected to the deal thereby obstructing the work of the complainant and cheating him.

 

The complainant was not given the money as per the construction agreement i.e. Rs 5 crore and 35 lakh and Rs 52 lakh 65 thousand borrowed from others and cheques were given which bounced.

 

The accused, who did not have any legal rights, registered flats via gharbecho dot com and sold them and encroached on them by sending goons.

 

A commercial shop’s lock was broken and was seized and construction was stopped and residents were prevented from entering and leaving. A case has been registered and PI Mogle is investigating the case.
