Pune Crime | Dismissed worker sets his employer on fire, both die of injuries

Pune :  NpNews24 Online   – Pune Crime | A shocking incident has been reported from Pune wherein a dismissed employee set his woman employer on fire, The incident happened in Wadgaon Sheri and the worker and his employer have died during medical treatment. The incident has created a flutter in the area. Bala Johny (32) and Milind Nathsagar (35) have been identified as the deceased.

According to the information, Bala Johny has a tailoring shop ‘A to Z’ at Ramchandra Hall in Wadgaon Sheri. Milind was working in the shop for two years. Last week, Bala had fired Milind from the job. Milind was angry and he poured petrol on Bala and set her on fire. Bala and Milind were seriously injured in the incident.

Local residents had admitted both of them to the Sassoon General Hospital. Milind died at 5 am during medical treatment and Bala died at 11 am. Bala hailed from Odisha and was doing tailoring business for 10 years in Wadgaon Sheri. Bala was staying alone and separately from her husband. She had been divorced and she has a 10-year-old son. The accused Milind hailed from Parbhani and was working with Bala for two years.

The shocking incident happened on Monday due to Milind’s anger on being fired from the job. An FIR has been registered against Milind at the Chandan Nagar police station. A boy, Prashant Kumar, who tried to save them, was also injured and is undergoing medical treatment. After they came to know about the incident, ACP Kishor Jadhav, Senior PI Sunil Jadhav, PI Sunil Thopte and PSI Swapnali Gaikwad visited the spot.
