Pune : 18 year old attacked with acid-like substance by close friend

Abuzar Ayyaj Tamboli, a resident of Parvati has been nabbed by Dattawadi Police Station cops for attacking his 18-year old female friend. The woman who got married recently asked Tamboli to stop chasing her, which left him infuriated and motivated the attack. The incident happened near Bhambre school.

The two had been very close friends and decided to meet as the woman had come to her parents place to visit and the two caught up.

When the woman told Tamboli that now she’s married and he should no longer chase or stalk her, he was angry and said, “You have a lot of pride and I’ll ensure her that it’s destroyed”.
