PMC Elections 2022 | Names of 20 wards changed in the final ward structure list of PMC
Pune : NpNews24 Online – PMC Elections 2022 | All parties are preparing for the civic elections, though its schedule has still not been declared. The State Election Commission has released the final ward structure list for the Pune Municipal Corporation’s 2022 elections. However, 20 wards in the final list have been renamed.
The Civic elections will be held for a three-member panel from each ward. There are 58 wards, out of which 20 wards have been renamed. They are as under.
1) Ward no. 4: East Kharadi-Wagholi, 2) West-Kharadi Vadgaon Sheri, 3) Vadgaon Sheri-Ramwadi, 4) Bopodi-Savitribai Phule Pune University, 5) Panchvati-Gokhalenagar, 6) Shaniwar Peth-Navi Peth, 7) Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Maidan-Rasta Peth, 8) Pune-Station-Matoshree Ramabai Ambedkar road, 9) Koregaon Park-Mundhwa, 10) Manjari Budruk-Shewalewadi, 11) Wanawadi Gaothan-Vaiduwadi, 12) Kasewadi-Lohiyanagar, 13) Mahatma Phule Smarak-Bahvani Peth, 14) Mahatma Phule Mandai-Ghorpade Peth, 15) Bhusari Colony-Bavdhan Khurd, 16) Ideal Colony-Mahatma Society, 17) Bibvewadi-Gangadham, 18) Kale-Borate Nagar-Sasane Nagar, 19) Balajinagar-Shankar Maharaj Math, 20) Vadgaon Budruk-Manikbaug.
