The challan payment proof and the complete gunthewari file and documents need to be submitted at the single window of the Building Permission Department.

A Peth-wise list will be made of the received cases, which will be transferred to building inspectors of the zones concerned. The Building Permission Department has fixed the responsibilities of the building inspectors, deputy engineers and executive engineers in the seven zones to conduct the gunthewari process. A written order has been issued in this regard by the Building Permission Superintendent Engineer.
