PM Narendra Modi & President Kovind Shares Greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr, Wishes Everyone Prosperity

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted to the countrymen on the occasion of Eid amid Corona crisis. During the month of Ramadan due to Coronavirus, people offered prayers at the house and now the festival of Eid is also celebrated by staying at home. PM Narendra Modi tweeted and wished, saying, ‘Eid Mubarak! Greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr. May this special occasion further the spirit of compassion, brotherhood and harmony. May everyone be healthy and prosperous.’

This time there is also a glimpse of corona crisis in PM Modi’s greetings. He has wished people to be healthy as well as prosperous. The entire country is facing a health and economic crisis due to the lockdown arising out of the Corona crisis. To bring the country back on track, the government has announced an economic package of 20 lakh crores. So that the Corona Crisis has the least impact on all sections of the country and the country can get back on track quickly.

At the same time, the first citizen of the country and President Ramnath Kovind has also congratulated the countrymen on Eid. He tweeted and said, ‘Eid Mubarak! This festival is a symbol of love, peace and brotherhood. On Eid we get inspiration to share the pain of needy people of the society and share happiness with them. Come, on this happy occasion let us strengthen the spirit of Zakaat and follow social distancing to prevent COVID-19.’
