So now this should not happen. Everybody should be careful. Do not take the Covid-19 lightly. I appeal that everybody should forward these helpline numbers through social networking sites and messaging sites. Calling helpline is important as it is the authentic way to get information.”

Usha alias Maaie Dhore, Mayor, PCMC said, “According to experts children are likely to be most affected in the wave. So to tackle the issues pertaining to it we have been working. Now we have started Covid-19 Child Helpline. Parents should take care of children. They should ask children to follow all the norms. We are preparing the medical facilities.”

PCMC commissioner Rajesh Patil proposed a vote of thanks. He said, “Vaccination is a way of defence against Covid-19. Children and their parents should use the helpline to get clarity on each and every point regarding the Covid-19 and children.”
