Pankaja Munde campaigns for BJP’s Hemant Rasane in a massive padyatra
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Kasba Peth Bypoll Election | The battle in the Kasba Peth bypoll has intensified. Road shows and rallies of stalwart leaders are being held by the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) and the Grand Alliance led by the BJP. The campaign is reaching its crescendo in the Kasba Peth segment. The padyatra started from Palkhi Chowk. It progressed via Vateshwar Bhuwan, Rizwani Masjid, Shramdan, Dagdi Shala, Kasture Chowk, Jain Mandir, Bavan Bol, Gadikhana, Nehru Chowk, Gotiram Bhaiya Chowk, Shivaji Maharaj road up to Angrewada, where it concluded.
BJP’s Kasba Peth campaign committee head Madhuri Misal, Hemant Rasane, all corporators from Kasba Peth, all party city office-bearers, Ganpati mandal office-bearers, booth leaders, shakti centre heads and a large number of workers participated in the padyatra.
Rasane has been focusing on padyatras, two-wheeler rallies and meeting people personally since the beginning of the campaign. He has been getting a huge response in the Kasba Peth segment. District Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil is holding meetings of workers to maintain the tempo of the campaign. Moreover, many big BJP leaders will address rallies soon.
