Paayel Sarkar joins West Bengal BJP in the presence of J P Nadda

Kolkata : Like Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress, now the Bengal BJP is also welcoming film stars. Actress Paayel Sarkar has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party just before the state assembly elections. Paayel joined the party in the presence of BJP national president JP Nadda, state president Dilip Ghosh. A large number of film stars and actor-actresses are joining BJP and TMC just before the assembly elections.

On Wednesday, before the Paayel Sarkar, actor Yash Dasgupta joined the BJP in the presence of Kailash Vijayvargiya. On the same day, three Bengali film stars joined TMC. Apart from this, cricketer Manoj Tiwari also joined TMC in the presence of Mamata Banerjee. Earlier, actors Raj Chakraborty, Kanchan Malik, Sayoni Ghosh have also joined TMC.

Paayel Sarkar joined the party at a time when Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda launched BJP’s Mission ‘Sonar Bangla’ Campaign in West Bengal today. Under the Sonar Bangla Mission, 2 crore people will be reached and suggestions for the manifesto will be considered.

Kolkata-born Paayel Sarkar is an Indian actress who has worked in Bengali films and Hindi TV. She has acted in dozens of Bengali films and has also appeared in many web-series.
