Notorious criminal with five cases externed from Pune district

PUNE: Deputy Commissioner of Police Namrata Patil issued order to extern a notorious criminal from Pune city, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune district for two years.

The externed accused has been identified as Sairaj Rana Pratap Lonkar (21), resident of Pandurang Ali, Kondhwa Gaothan. Five cases have been registered against Sairaj at Kondhwa police station.

Surveillance officers of Kondhwa police station Sub-Inspector Swapnil Patil, Amaldar Chandrakant Mane, Jagdish Patil, Rajendra Nanavare, Jagdish Patil collected evidence against the accused under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Sardar Patil and Police Inspector Shabbir Syed.

After being externed, the accused Sairaj has been sent to Pandharpur.
