Notorious criminal fires at flower seller at Dighi

The incident took place on Saturday at 12.30 am at BRT Kate Colony, Chovisavadi in Charholi Budruk. An FIR has been registered against two persons. (Pune Pimpri Chinchwad Crime)
Siddesh Sitaram Govekar (28), a resident of near Padmavati temple, Vasmukhwadi, Charholi Budruk has lodged a complaint at the Dighi police station. The police have registered an FIR against Hariom Panchal (20), a resident of Alandi Devachi, Khed taluka and his aide under sections 304 and 34 of the IPC and Arms Act. Panchal is a notorious criminal.
According to the information given by PSI Sunil Bhadane, Siddesh Govekar and the accused Hariom Panchal are known to each other. The complainant and the accused are notorious criminals and various FIRs are registered against them. Earlier, when they were on good terms, there were arguments between them. On Saturday night, Siddesh was going home on his KTM motorcycle (MH 14 HY 9526) from Alandi. The accused chased his vehicle.
When Siddesh reached near the BRT Kate Colony bus stop, Panchal, who was angry with the accused, fired two bullets at him. Siddesh had a lucky escape. After the incident, the accused disappeared. The police rushed to the spot after they were informed and are searching for the accused.
