New hopes raised in 75 Patients after Surgeries

Pune : NpNews24 Online – Shobha Dhariwal | Two days 12th Free Surgery Camp has been organised recently at Dhariwal Hospital, Shirur. The Annual camp continues for the last ten years. Patients got relief in the camp from adverse impact of physical deformities like genetic defects, burns, injuries and accidents. The Camp completed 75 successful surgeries & raised new hopes for these 75 patients. (Shobha Dhariwal)
Hon. Shri Dilip Goyal, Commissioner of GST inaugurated the Camp by lighting the lamp. Shobha Dhariwal, Vice President of RM Dhariwal Foundation was present on the occasion. Sh. Umesh Agarwal, president of Agarwal Club of Pune Chritable Trust, sh. Umesh Jalan, Past president and the Project Convenor, Kunj Tibrewal, Project Co-ordinator, Rajivgarwal, Past President, Mohan Agarwal, Charity Director and many other members of Agarwal Club were present at the function. CEO of the hospital Doctor Arvind Jain, Vandana Sagvekar, Administrative head and other staff members, patients and their relatives also participated in the Camp.
Dr. Pankaj Jindal, a well known micro hand surgeon and his team of 4 Senior & experienced Surgeons with support from 5 Anaesthetists conducted free of cost surgeries, as a service to the humanity. The team is providing continuously its noble services for the rural patients for the last 18 years at different places in Maharashtra viz. Chalisgain, Jalgaon, Shahada, Vaduj, Shirdi, Jalna etc. and also at Raipur.
The rural patients do not have enough resources and awareness to get rid of their disabilities. They live the life with negative outlook, low confidence, low morale, dependence on others. etc. Society rejects them from assimilation into social gatherings. Life appears to be a burden to these patients. The Camp provides these patients a golden opportunity to get rid of their vaious issues. The patients get a second lease of life with all the happiness. The smiles on the face of the treated patients becomes a cause of happiness for the working team members as well.
