NEET 2021 Exam Date : NTA announces exam date



New Delhi : Exam dates of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2021 has been announced. The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced the NEET 2021 exam date.

A notification issued by the conducting body late Friday said, “NEET 2021 Exam will be held on August 1 and it’ll be conducted in 11 languages, including Hindi and English. The exam will be held through pen and paper mode. NTA is going to hold the NEET (UG), 2021 exams for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS courses as per the relevant norms, guidelines and regulations notified by the regulatory bodies concerned.”

Earlier, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Union Education Minister said that there is no plan to cancel NEET 2021. Later NTA has also quashed any chance of conducting the exam twice. NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi on Thursday (March 11) said, “UG NEET 2021 exam will be held once this year, like previous years. The exam will be held in offline mode for a total of 720 marks. While Physics and Chemistry sections will carry 180 marks each, 360 marks will be given to the Biology section.”

Step 1: Go to NTA official website—ntaneet.nic.in

Step 2:  Click on the link for registration

Step 3: Submit required details to generate login credentials

Step 4:  Login and fill the NEET 2021 application form

Step 5: Pay the application fee, submit the form.

Note-
NEET 2021 aspirants will be required to Upload scanned images of the candidate’s latest passport size photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), post card size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb – 300 kb), the candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb), left hand thumb impression (file size: 10 kb-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format, class 10 pass certificate (file size: 100 kb to 400 kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
