Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh files petition before SC after transfer

Mumbai : IAS officer Parambir Singh has approached the Supreme Court after being removed from the post of Mumbai Police Commissioner. Parambir Singh has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding his transfer to the Home Guard Department. Some media reports are also claiming that Parambir Singh has also said in the application filed in the Supreme Court that the CBI should be investigated for all the allegations he has made.

After transfer from the post of Mumbai Police Commissioner, Parambir Singh has written a letter and made serious allegations against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. He said that Deshmukh had asked Vaze to recover Rs 100 crore every month.

It has also been told in the media report that Parambir Singh has appealed that the CCTV camera of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh’s house should be checked so that the truth is revealed to everyone.

Parambir Singh was recently removed from the post of Mumbai Police Commissioner and sent to the post of DG Homeguards. After this, a letter from Parambir Singh came out in which he alleged that Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh called Sachin Vaze and asked him to collect Rs 100 crore every month from Mumbai’s restaurant, hotel, etc. Sachin Vaze is the main accused in the Mansukh Hiren death case.
